Probate Division

The Probate Division of the Superior Court handles a wide range of issues involving adults and children including:

• Transfers of Property
• Powers of Attorney
• Trusts
• Conservatorships
• Guardianships
• Minor’s Compromises
• Establishing the fact of a birth, death, or marriage.

Conservatorship and Guardianship matters are not currently available on Open Access.  Conservatorship and Guardianship matters may, subject to confidentiality, be viewed in person in Room 110.

Pre-Approval Lists

• Pre-Approval Lists are posted on this site approximately 3 court days prior to the hearings.
